Our Policies

Booking & payment
 – Maximum stay: 30 days
– Bookings can be cancelled or modified free of charge at least 2 days before arrival
– In case of late cancellation or no-show we reserve the right to charge for one night
– We accept cash (Russian rubles only) and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
– Payment for accommodation must be made in full at check-in, no refund is provided for cancellations in less than 48 hours

Check-in: 13:00
Check-out: 11:00
 Our guests can use the luggage storage and all common facilities before check-in and after check-out

Hostel rules and conditions (for your comfort and safety)
 – No smoking indoors
– No pets allowed
– No food and drinks allowed in hostel rooms (kitchen is always at your disposal)
– Outsiders (people not staying in the hostel) are allowed only to common areas, they’re not allowed to hostel rooms
– Carrying drugs, weapons and other objects illegal for free circulation in Russian Federation into the hostel is strictly prohibited
– The use of guests’ own bed linen or sleeping bags is not allowed (bed linen is provided by the hostel)
– No alcoholic drinks in the hostel (including outside area) after 11 PM
– Please keep silence in hostel rooms and common areas (including outside area) after 11 PM
– Please keep hostel premises and facilities clean and tidy
– We strongly recommend to keep valuables in lockers, hostel administration is not liable for valuable items not accepted in deposit
– In case of damage of hostel’s property the guest is obliged to offset the disadvantage to the hostel
– In case of trouble or conflict situation please immediately contact a member of staff
Hostel administration reserves the right to evict the guests who have violated Hostel rules and conditions without refund

Age restrictions
 – Minimum age: 14 (our hostel is not designed for kids)
– Guests younger than 18 are allowed only if accompanied by parents
– We welcome guests of all ages, however we recommend the guests older than 40 to book private rooms

 – We welcome groups up to 16 people. Please contact us directly for group booking
